LOCASH, with more than 500 million streams and two #1s, is hitting the spotlight. These Southern-rock-inspired brothers are bringing a fresh attitude to the world of country music with their #1 “One Big Country Song” and their album BROTHERS.

It doesn’t stop there, as national brands have been asking to partner with LOCASH, including MTN DEW. They won’t be touring until 2022, but on November 5th, 2021, they released their new EP, titled “WOODS & WATER.”

WOODS & WATER, the latest project from Baltimore, MD’s Chris Lucas and Kokomo, IN’s Preston Brust, is inspired by both of their childhoods as evident in the song’s lyrics and playfully optimistic vibe. During the first song, “Beach Boys”, the element of “WATER” is prominent. You are taken far from your couch to the catamaran with your hair tousled and a beer in your hand as you listen to this track. You’ll be “shipwrecked” with LOCASH on the ocean if you switch out whiskey for tequila.

The second track “In The Woods” grabs your attention for the “WOODS” aspect of the project. With its playful, bouncing percussion and production, this track keeps listeners engaged and sparks curiosity while mirroring the feeling of wandering through the woods in order to get lost. WOODS & WATER’s fourth song, “Small Town For Life”, captures the band’s commitment to small town living while still living large. The ballad is a captivating earworm that pulls the entire concept together. “Sippin Sunsets” and “Chillionaire” on the EP give listeners mellow, sunny day vibes. No matter the time of day, fans will enjoy the music on this EP at WOODS & WATER.
