Johnny Dailey Showcases Talent with New Single “24” (Interview)

The country music artist Johnny Dailey recently released two singles, Burns Like Whiskey and Driving Things Around, both of which made waves within the industry.

Recently, Dailey released his new single titled “24” which is available everywhere now.

24 is a song about how short life is and trying to soak in the time you have with that person you love most. It’s really just a love song about making the moments count with that one person and telling them you’d drop everything and give them your last moments,” explains Johnny.

“I wrote this song not long after I got married, had a baby, and then lost my dad to cancer. It had me thinking a lot about how we are not promised tomorrow with the people we love and that’s the place where 24 was written from. It’s one of my favorite songs I’ve written since living in Nashville,” explains Dailey.

Following his decision to pursue a career in music, he moved to Nashville via Charleston. The rising country star signed his first publishing deal with Warner Chappell in 2019 with his anthemic, feel-good brand of Country music. Currently, Johnny is focusing on songwriting and honing his sound.

We are going back in the studio at the end of 2021 to record some more music. We should have an EP out in the early part of 2022 with some other songs following that. I can’t wait to share what we’ve got coming.” explains Johnny.
