Country Group Hunter Brothers Announces Christmas Album “Joy To The World”

This holiday season, Hunter Brothers will release the album Joy To The World on October 22. In addition to the instant grat track “You’re A Mean One Mr. Grinch,” purchasers of the album can look forward to a taste of holiday spirit with the pre-order track.  Pre-save and pre-add the album HERE.

This project is a very meaningful one as Christmas is one of the most special times for us as a family,” explains band frontrunner Ty Hutner. “From mom’s cinnamon buns, to the chocolate fondue, candlelight service, and the general presence of joy and support of loved ones, it always seemed to have such a special magic in the air. We wanted to capture that feeling on this record, and ultimately sing about what is most meaningful to us. We are so grateful for our Saviour who came to provide hope to the world many years ago, and for the ability to sing about His love this season.

Joy To The World is the latest chapter in the Canadian hitmakers’ musical journey and, with the inclusive nature of Christmas music, gives the group an opportunity to touch a broader audience. The album features holiday classics such as the title track, “What Child is this?,” “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” (featuring country up-and-comer Madeline Merlo). Their take on playful favorite “You’re a Mean One Mr. Grinch,” showcases the Hunter Brothers’ unparalleled sibling harmonies.

The 9-track album also features two brand new original songs – “What I See,” co-written with their producer Seth Mosley and Open Road labelmate Dustin Bird, and “Christmas is Coming Again,” co-written by the brothers and Seth Mosley.
